We covered HTML in class but I was wondering what is the difference between regular HTML and semantic HTML? Is Web 2.0 based on regular HTML or semantic HTML?
semantic html is not really an official name. there is just html, not difference bewteen regular and semantic. if you have to talk about semantic html, it just means that the tags used in your html code should be meaningful to the meaning of the tags. you cannot use some tags extensive for everything in your page.
